feat(ghostty): disable stylix integration and add catppuccin-mocha theme

perf(wezterm): reduce font size to 13
feat(fastfetch): set logo type to kitty
fix(fish): replace pfetch with fastfetch
chore(hyprland): swap kitty and wezterm bindings
