refactor: move personal site to sites/nrd.sh/

Browse Source 
Reorganize for monorepo structure:
- Move content/, templates/, static/, site.toml → sites/nrd.sh/
- Frees root for sukr docs site
- Build with: sukr -c sites/nrd.sh/site.toml
